(More customer reviews)I am happy to finally have a new machine after 13 years. The light weight of the machine and the handle to pick it up is a real plus, since I lug it up and down stairs whenever I use it. I don't think I will need all 35 stitches but they seem simple enough to change. I've used the stretch stitch which works well. My one big complaint is the instructions for the one step button hole. The instructions are incomplete, telling you how to start, but not telling you to release the button hole lever when you want to come back. It took me a very long time to figure that out and to get the settings right to feed the fabric I was using. The button hole lever which is pulled down from the underside of the machine does not come down or go up easily and it bends with the required pressure when it is used. Threading the machine is very easy and I like the bobbin window. I love the plastic cover which also has a pocket for the instruction manual.
