(More customer reviews)World Weidner may be that rare creature; an honest vendor. The Snap Hoop did not work on my Bernina, even after we tried a different hoop. My machine would not recognize the hoop. World Weidner stuck with me throughout the process, providing a contact at the company and options to try to acheive success. It appears that the Snap Hoop frequently does not work on Bernina although some report success.
