(More customer reviews)Colors are much more green and overall dark than in the photo which makes it appear mostly light brown, with some greenish tints. The bowls are square-ish and extremely deep, exactly as photoed. But note this makes it really hard to put them in a dishwasher. The surface of the plates are ridged where you see the lines in the pattern, so the plates are not totally flat. Lastly, the item is of overall low quality. Items are very thick and heavy which would seem to indicate some sort of quality. However, after a handful of normal use one of the plates already has a large chip in the edge, another plate isn't flat on the bottom so it wobbles when cutting food on it, the finish is uneven and sometimes lumpy where color changes, and overall doesn't appear very well made. I won't be keeping mine.
