(More customer reviews)I give this two stars because it does do an ok job of cleaning, so as a product, it passable. I've used it before and though nothing is streak free, this is fine for a grill that is going to sit outside. Admittedly, I went with Charbroil because I bought my husband a new Quantum for our anniversary and figured they know a thing or two about stainless considering their focus on grilling and though 20+ dollars was a little steep, it would be worth it for full size bottles... What I got instead of what is pictured (two 16 oz bottles and one possibly 4-6 oz bottle), were two 7.6 oz bottles of Cleaner and Polish and one 1.7 oz bottle of Restorer. If I had a tiny little grill, the little bottles may have been worth it, but certainly not for this price. When you see a picture of full sized bottles, you expect to get full sized bottles especially when there are no size specs in the write-up. There are other cleaners that do a comparable job for much less. I'm just disappointed enough in what feels like a bait-and-switch that these will go back.
