(More customer reviews)Even as a small child I would balk at the different foods that were thrown on my plate in such a way as to mix up the flavors.Seems to me that to enjoy a meal to the fullest one has to appreciate the different flavors separately. The old adage that it all goes to the same place just didn't cut it for me never has never will. shish kabob's excluded. So as a result of my finickiness I set out to separate my rotisserie meats from rotisserie potatoes by purchasing another set of forks for the spit rod. As a side note grilled asparagus with a butter and fresh garlic basting will knock your socks off.Off topic tho fresh corn right out of the garden with home grown fresh lemon basil cooked in the husk is my other favorite summer treat. Anyway when I got my Grizzly barbecue forks I was really impressed with their sturdiness and construction. Now I will never mix up these wonderful flavors in my back yard barbecues. Just mount them back to back withe the chicken steak roast or whatever and watch the grilling magic happen.these are much better than OEM and well worth the price.
